My 10,000 rubies disappeared
When on earth will I get my ruby back? I asked in-game and they told me to wait, and when I sent an email to their dedicated customer service center, they just sent an automated reply saying they would respond within 2-3 days. When I exchanged my ruby for Ruby X, only the ruby disappeared and the Ruby X never arrived, and there's a record of that in the mail. But it's been three weeks now and they haven't given it back or resolved the issue. Why?
