How to Claim Your Pre-Sale RUBY

Thank you for participating in the Pre-Sale event. Please follow the instructions below to claim your RUBY:
Steps to Claim:
1️⃣ Log in to the game with your account.
2️⃣ Go to the NEXT MARKET section in the Cash Shop.
3️⃣ Click "Go to Store" at the bottom right – this will open your browser.
4️⃣ Select the HISTORY tab to view your pre-sale purchase.
5️⃣ Click "Send to Game" and then "Send" to transfer your RUBY.
6️⃣ Once completed, log in again and check your Store Mailbox in-game to receive the RUBY.
📌 Important Note
Q. I participated in the Pre-Sale, but I cannot see my purchase history in the webshop.
A. Please ensure that the Google/Apple account linked to the webshop during the Pre-Sale is the same account you used to log into the game. If the accounts do not match, the RUBY cannot be delivered correctly.
⚠️ If the RUBY is not delivered to your Mailbox after completing the above steps, please submit a new inquiry through the Customer Support Center. Be sure to attach evidence (e.g., screenshot) to help our team verify your case.
