R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE Service Termination Notice
Greetings, Adventurers. This is the R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE Operations Team.
First, we sincerely thank every Adventurer who has supported and played R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE.
We have continued operating and improving R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE in an effort to maintain the service and
provide a better gameplay experience. However, after carefully reviewing the service environment
and the circumstances affecting continued operations, we concluded that it would be difficult to
continue the service. As a result, R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE will officially end on Wednesday, December 30, 2026.
We are deeply sorry to share this news with the Adventurers who have supported R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE,
and we regret that the service cannot continue.
During the remaining service period, we are preparing service termination events and a
special refund program so that Adventurers can continue to enjoy the game until the end.
Please review the schedule below, including the suspension of paid product sales, refund applications, and the phased closure of Web3-related features.

✦ Suspension of Paid Product Sales and Web Shop Operations
Beginning September 30, 2026, new paid product purchases through the App Store, Google Play,
NEXT Market, ONE Shop, and other web-based payment channels will be suspended.
The R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE page in the web shop will remain accessible through December 30, 2026
so that Adventurers can review announcements and existing purchase history.
However, products cannot be purchased after sales are suspended.
▹ Refund Eligibility
• Paid product purchases made through the App Store, Google Play, NEXT Market, or ONE Shop from September 1 through September 30, 2026
• Paid product purchases made through NEXT Market or ONE Shop using a Web3 payment method
• The full eligible payment amount, regardless of whether the purchased product has already been used
• Accounts that submit a refund request from October 1 through October 31, 2026
▹ Items Excluded from Special Refunds
• sRUBY and related assets obtained through marketplace transactions, token burning, or other Web3 activities when they are not part of an eligible paid product purchase
• Transactions that have already been refunded or canceled
• Transactions made outside September 2026
• Transactions made by accounts restricted for irregular payment activity or violations of the Operations Policy

▹ Required Information for NEXT Market and ONE Shop Refunds
Please provide all of the following information for every payment method.
• Order ID
• CScode (available in-game)
• Product name
• Payment amount
• Payment date and time
For Web3 payments, please also provide the wallet address in addition to the information above. A wallet address is not required for non-Web3 payments.
Missing information may delay purchase verification and refund processing.

▹ Important Application and Processing Notes
• Please submit your request using the game account associated with the purchase history.
• Processing may be restricted or delayed if the applicant information does not match the account or purchase information.
• Refund eligibility, procedures, and processing times may vary depending on each store's policies.
• Accounts restricted for irregular payment activity or violations of the Operations Policy may be excluded from the special refund program.
Remaining paid currency that is not covered by this special refund program will not be refunded solely
on the basis of its unused balance. Designated in-game uses will remain available until service termination.
✦ Service Termination Events
To help Adventurers enjoy the remaining service period, the following events will be held.
The following three events, which were previously held on a weekly rotation, will remain active at all times until service termination.
• Dungeon Entry Count Increase Event
• Enhancement Cost Discount Event
• Double Equipment Drop Rate Event
The "One Last Farewell" event will also be held, allowing Adventurers to exchange tickets for items.

✦ Closure of Web3-Related Transactions and Features
As the game service approaches termination, game-linked Web3 features will close
in phases according to the schedule below.
Because each feature has a different deadline, please review your assets and complete
all necessary actions before the applicable date.

• Complete any required conversion between sRUBY and RUBYx before the November 4, 2026 maintenance.
• Use any remaining sRUBY and in-game currency and review any required web shop purchase history by December 30, 2026.
• Complete any required RUBYx trades by January 13, 2027.
• Claim and withdraw any deposited $ONE by February 28, 2027.

✦ Final Closure of the Game Service and Web Shop

After service termination, the game, in-game content, the R.O.H.A.N.2 on ONE web shop page,
and purchase history will no longer be available.
Please use all in-game currency by December 30, 2026 and complete Web3-related actions
by the deadlines above.
Post-termination inquiry methods and personal data handling will be announced separately.
