Give me back my lost ruby
When will my missing ruby be returned? It's been over four months and no action has been taken. When I ask Rohan, they refer me to Cross, and when I ask Cross, the AI just answers, not providing any progress or resolution. My 10,000 rubies are gone. And they won't come back.
