Today, an error occurred in the Sapphire exchange rate calculation logic, which caused abnormal rates to be applied in-game. We have confirmed that this issue could negatively affect the overall economic balance and system stability of the game.

Immediately after the problem was identified, we proactively disabled the in-game Cash Shop function to prevent the issue from spreading further.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused, and we deeply appreciate the support of all adventurers who cherish R.O.H.A.N.2.

The Sapphire exchange rate logic has now been corrected, and after through discussions and reviews, we have

prepared the following measures to ensure that adventurers can continue enjoying R.O.H.A.N.2 in a stable

environment.

1.    1. Sapphire exchange rate logic normalized
2.    2. Reset all account Sapphire balances
3.    3. Refund Rubies used to purchase Sapphire
   •              - Refund standard: Sapphire rate at time of purchase × quantity purchased
4.    4. Reset all pet/mount items obtained
5.    5. Reset all pet/mount collections
6.    6. Re-distribute items consumed for pet/mount summons
7.    7. Resolved Tutorial Quest issue on both PC and mobile versions

We are currently addressing the issue through temporary maintenance and will do our best to complete all actions as quickly as possible.
