Greetings, Adventurers,

We would like to clarify how the Marketplace fee works and why the display may cause confusion.
 

How the Marketplace Fee Actually Works
- The fee system is working correctly.
- If you listed an item or cron before activating Premium Subscription, the listing will keep the original 50% fee rate.
- Premium benefits do not apply retroactively to items that were already registered before subscribing.

Example:
- You register an item while not subscribed → 50% fee is applied.
- Then you purchase Premium.
- That registered item will still stay at 50%, even if the UI shows 10%.

Why Players Are Confused
- After subscribing, the UI displays “Fee: 10%” for Premium users.
- However, this display also appears for items listed before Premium activation, which only visually shows 10%, but the actual fee remains 50%.
- This UI issue can make players think the fee has changed retroactively, which is not the case.

Upcoming Improvements
- We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding this may have caused.
- A UI improvement is being prepared to make this information clearer and prevent further confusion.
