- - Issue with not receiving subscription or purchased items
closing the game and attempting to reconnect several times may restore communication, and the items should be delivered normally within 24 hours. If the items are still not delivered even after multiple reconnection attempts and 24 hours have passed, please contact our Customer Support Center.
- - Game freezing during quest progression
- This is an environment where delay issues may occur due to the distance between the region and the connected users. We recommend reconnecting.
- - Tutorial Quest Issue
- The Tutorial Quest issue has been resolved on both PC and mobile versions.
- - The game cannot be started.(Error Code: 200 - 123 - 2)
- Filed to download the game file (Error code: 200 - 108 - 6)
If the issue continues, and neither of you are able to start the game, we recommend rebooting your PC, uninstalling the game from the Control Panel, and then reinstalling it.

- CROSS RAMP Issue on Android 14 Resolved
We are pleased to announce that the issue affecting CROSS RAMP on devices running Android 14 or higher has now been successfully resolved. The latest updated version of the app is officially available. Please update to the newest version via the Google Play Store to ensure that the feature functions correctly.
