First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by a pricing configuration error that occurred during the use of the CROSS SHOP.

  Issue Overview

Upon investigation, we confirmed that the Japanese Yen (JPY) prices of certain items in the CROSS SHOP were incorrectly set to approximately 1/10 of the intended price.
As a result, during a specific period, some users were able to purchase items at unintended and abnormal prices.

This issue has now been fully identified and corrected, and all prices have been restored to their normal values.

  Direction of Action

This incident was caused by a system configuration error and is considered an issue that may negatively impact overall game fairness.

Accordingly, items and in-game currency unfairly obtained due to this error will be subject to retrieval.

Please note that the scope and severity of actions will vary depending on each user’s behavior and usage patterns following the occurrence of the error.

These measures are intended to protect the fairness of the game environment for the majority of users who made purchases at normal prices.
We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Until the corrective actions are completed, we ask users to refrain from using items purchased at abnormal prices.

We also take very seriously the inconvenience and concern this issue has caused.
To prevent similar issues in the future, we will thoroughly review and strengthen our pricing configuration and verification processes to ensure more stable service operations.

  Action Criteria

Actions related to this issue will be applied based on the following criteria:

✦ Cases of Malicious Exploitation (Action Taken)

• - Repeated and intentional purchases made while recognizing the pricing error
• - Actions confirmed to have impacted the in-game economy by exploiting abnormal prices

✦ Cases Considered Normal Use

• - Purchases made without awareness of the pricing error
• - No confirmation of malicious intent or repeated abuse

※ All actions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis using objective data such as purchase logs and usage patterns.
※ After retrieval, refunds will be processed to normalize transactions for items purchased at abnormal prices.

  Retrieval and Action Schedule

The initial investigation into error-related usage has been completed, and corresponding actions have already been taken.

A further investigation is still in progress, covering all transactions since the issue first occurred.

If the ongoing investigation is completed promptly, additional retrieval actions will be carried out through emergency maintenance as soon as possible.

If delays are unavoidable, retrieval will be completed during the next scheduled maintenance.
