1. An issue where viewing both the Premium Champion Pass and Premium Gear Pass consecutively causes the Rewards Available for Immediate Claim to display items from the previously viewed Pass.
* This is a display issue only. You will still receive the correct rewards based on the Pass currently selected.
2. Discount rates do not apply to certain offers.
- The affected offers: Offers that activate all Pass options (UK and Canada) and 3-Day Packs (Canada and the Philippines)
- If you purchased one of the affected offers, please contact our Customer Support. We will provide Karats equivalent to the price difference.
- We're doing our best to fix the issue as soon as possible.
