[Notice] Reward Mail Error and Compensation Details

This is Tiny Farm Remaster.
We would like to inform you about a system error that occurred during the distribution of retroactive rewards for Tiny Eggs and the 10+1 Monthly Egg purchase bonus, and provide details on the compensation.
■ Error Details
During the retroactive reward mail distribution process, if the reward quantity was 0, the mail was mistakenly marked as "free" and sent.
As a result, some farmers were confused, thinking there were free items available when there were no actual rewards.
■ Actions Taken
The system has been updated to ensure that no mail is sent when the reward quantity is 0.
Additionally, all previously sent "0 reward" mails are being deleted to prevent further confusion.
■ Compensation
We sincerely apologize to all our farmers for the inconvenience and confusion caused by this issue.

■ How to Claim
Log in during the claim period and the rewards will be automatically delivered via your in-game mailbox.
*Please note that you will not be able to receive the rewards after the claim period ends.
