This is Tiny Farm Remaster.

We would like to inform you of the currently identified issues and the corresponding actions being taken.

We are doing our best to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

💡 Identified Issues
 

1. Issue with Love Refund for New Cherry Blossom Bingo Event Animals

 1)  Identified Issue

  - When refunding love for three new animals from the Cherry Blossom Bingo Event, the amount of refunded resources was inconsistent compared to previous event animals.

 2) Action Plan
  - A live patch will adjust the love refund criteria for the new event animals to match previous event animals.

    EXP: 7,500

    Village Points: 10

    Refund Cost: 1,500 Gold

  - Players who refunded love before the fix will receive additional EXP and Village Points via in-game mail.

 3) Expected Fix Date

  - The update is scheduled for April 4, 2025, via a live patch. Further details will be provided when the patch is applied.

2. Event Issue for Players Who Gave Love Before the Update

1. 1) Identified Issue

  - Some players experienced difficulties with event progress after giving love to their friends before the April 4 update.

 2) Compensation Eligibility & Rewards

  - Eligible Players: Players who logged in between 09:00 - 10:00 on April 4, 2025 (Fri) and gave love 91 times or more.

  - Compensation: Eligible players will receive 50 Cherry Blossom Coins via in-game mail.

3. Issue with Dragon Village Collection Installation Rewards Not Being Delivered

1.  1) Identified Issue

  - Some players did not receive the installation rewards for Dragon Village Collection.

 2) Action Plan

  - The issue has been identified, and we are currently working on a fix. However, an app update is required to resolve this issue.
  - We will provide an update once the fix is complete.

  - Please note that the approval process from the app store may take some time.
