To ensure we don’t miss any of the valuable opinions from our farmers, we are responding in real-time, and discussions and actions are currently underway as outlined below!
 

[Suggestions and Error Response Status]

Please note that dates may be subject to slight changes due to internal circumstances.

1. Correction of purchase price errors for some animals in the Collection

 - As previously announced, the Gold recovery process due to this error has been completed.

•  - If the targeted Gold amount was insufficient, a negative balance has been applied. Please take note.

2. Request to increase Gold supply

•  - Many opinions have suggested that an increase in Gold supply or additional Gold sources is needed for overall content progression.
•  - We’ve also noted related suggestions, such as increasing quest rewards or adjusting breeding costs.
•  - We will thoroughly discuss Gold supply matters, considering overall data and balance.

3. Request to increase maximum Love mukPoint capacity

•  - There have been opinions that while Love Point consumption is high for breeding and other content, the maximum capacity is too low, causing inconvenience.
•  - As this is a significant factor affecting gameplay, we plan to review it internally and proceed with improvements.

4. Request to add a friend sorting function

•  - Many have requested a function to sort the friend list by Love Point sent, login time, etc., and we plan to implement this improvement.

5. Previous error fixes and compensation

1.  1) For those who purchased a White Picket Fence with Bells during the White Picket Fence purchase quest, the used Bells have been refunded.
2.  2) The issue where experience points were not gained when purchasing items at the Trading Vessel has been fixed, and all missed experience points have been distributed.
3.  3) The problem where production time reset when purchasing an additional Village Rest Area from another world map during Village Rest Area production has been corrected. Compensation in Love Points and Time Shortening            Tickets has been provided for the reset time, and Time Shortening Tickets used during the reset have also been refunded.
4.  4) We apologize for the inconvenience caused by previous errors, and as previously announced, the following Reward will be provided to all players:
   •  * Reward  Details: 20 Love Points, 30,000 Gold
   •  * Reward distribution period: From 1:00 AM UTC on March 16 for 24 hours, received by mail.

We are also reviewing various suggestions and errors not listed in this notice one by one. We will strive to ensure farmers can enjoy the game more comfortably and pleasantly through swift improvements and actions.
