This is Tiny Farm Remastered.

We would like to provide information regarding the upcoming measures for the 2026 Lucky Pouch reward issue.

1. Addition of New Items

We plan to add new items through temporary maintenance on September 18 (Fri).

The temporary maintenance schedule will be announced separately once it is confirmed. Please note that the schedule may be subject to change depending on the market review process.

◾Items to be added: Stage 1 Lucky Pouch, Stage 2 Lucky Pouch, Stage 3 Lucky Pouch, Stage 4 Lucky Pouch

＊ These items will provide rewards with the same probabilities as each corresponding stage of the 2026 Chuseok Lucky Pouch.

＊ Using these items will not affect the 2026 Chuseok Lucky Pouch rankings, and Mileage will not accumulate.

2. Planned Reward Distribution

After the temporary maintenance, we plan to provide rewards to Farm Owners who experienced the issue, based on the stage at which the opening failed.

◾If the opening failed at Stage 3: Stage 1 Lucky Pouch + Stage 2 Lucky Pouch

◾If the opening failed at Stage 4: Stage 1 Lucky Pouch + Stage 2 Lucky Pouch + Stage 3 Lucky Pouch

◾If the opening failed at Stage 5: Stage 1 Lucky Pouch + Stage 2 Lucky Pouch + Stage 3 Lucky Pouch + Stage 4 Lucky Pouch

In addition, to make up for the inconvenience caused by the issue and temporary maintenance, we plan to provide the following rewards to all Farm Owners.

◾Rewards for all Farm Owners: Love x 200, Gold x 400,000, Token of Friendship x 40, 2026 Chuseok Lucky Pouch x 10

※ These rewards will be provided after the temporary maintenance and can be claimed until September 20 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC).

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by today's update.

Following today's update, an issue occurred where rewards accumulated up to the previous stage were not granted when opening the 2026 Lucky Pouch failed.

This issue was fixed through the 05:20(UTC) patch, and accumulated rewards up to the previous stage are now properly granted even when the pouch opening fails.

For Farm Owners who were unable to receive their rewards due to a failed Lucky Pouch opening between 03:30 and 05:20 (UTC), we will conduct a comprehensive data investigation and individually grant the missing rewards.

We kindly ask for your understanding that the data investigation may take some time, as we want to ensure that every case is reviewed accurately and thoroughly.

We will complete the investigation as quickly as possible and provide further details through this notice once the review is complete.

We sincerely apologize once again for not being able to provide a smooth gaming experience.

We will do our best to provide a more stable service going forward.
