[Notice] Issue Related to the Winter Tree Decoration Event

This is Tiny Farm Remastered.
The issue has been resolved through a server patch applied on December 18 (Thu) at 04:50 (UTC).
Currently, rewards are being distributed correctly when completing tree decorations.
However, for rewards that were not distributed previously, a full data review is required, and therefore additional time may be needed for verification and distribution.
Any undistributed rewards will be sent sequentially once verification is completed,
and further updates on the progress will be provided through this notice.
We have identified an issue in the Winter Tree Decoration Event, which has been ongoing since the update on December 18 (Thu), where the rewards that should be granted each time a tree decoration is completed are not being distributed properly.
We are currently working on fixing this issue, and once the fix is completed, any undistributed rewards will be sent sequentially.
Please note that rewards from opening gift boxes are being distributed normally.
We will do our utmost to resolve this issue as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth event experience.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will work hard to restore stability promptly.
