[Notice] Information on New Building Collection Issue

This is Tiny Farm Remastered.
With the August 21, 2025 (Thu) update, 22 new Building Collections were added, and we conducted checks based on already owned buildings to process collection achievements.
During this process, we found an issue where some farmers’ collection information was incorrectly reflected. We will proceed with the following measures:
1. If you own the “Spinning Ferris Wheel” but it is displayed as not acquired in the collection
Farmers who submit an inquiry through Customer Support will have their achievement processed individually.
For those who do not submit an inquiry, the achievement will be processed collectively in the next update.
2. If you do not own the “Spinning Ferris Wheel” but it is displayed as acquired in the collection
The collection will be corrected to the not-acquired state.
If you already received the final collection reward (200 Collection Coins), it will be retrieved in the next update.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our farmers, and we will do our best to resolve this issue promptly.
