Greetings. This is GM Heimdall of the GODS RAID.

We have received numerous feedback from our Contractors
regarding the use of the Mystic Earrings of Doom Recipe
that was added in the August update.

This item is designed to have differentiated stats once unsealed
after reaching +10 enhancement,
so the enhancement level is reset to 0
while the grade of the item increases.
This was the intended design.

However, as this information was not provided beforehand,
we understand that this may have caused confusion
among many Contractors.

For this, we sincerely apologize.

While this was part of the intended design and not an Error Phenomenon,
we acknowledge our responsibility for the lack of Prior Notice
and will be conducting partial restoration of enhancement levels
for contractors who repaired their items after reaching +10 Enhancement.
Additionally, we will refund part of the Materials used for Enhancement.

[Guidelines for Unsealing the Mystic Earrings of Doom]

■ Plan
- Restoration of Enhancement levels to the point when the first Repair was performed after reaching +10 Enhancement for the Mystic Earrings of Doom (Sealed)
- Return of materials used from the point of the first Repair after reaching +10 Enhancement
- Refund of all Enhancement Stones, Hephaistos's Hammer, Equipment used for Transcendence, and Protection Stones consumed from the point of Restoration until the current Enhancement level (excluding Gold)

- If Mystic Earrings of Doom has been Crafted, only the Materials will be refunded without Restoration of Enhancement & Mystic Earrings of Doom(Sealed) (Added)
※ If you do not want to receive Enhancement Restoration, it is possible to submit an objection. Enhancement Restoration will be automatically consented to the Contractors without an objection request. If you do not want Enhancement Restoration please submit your Objection Request.

■ Restoration Date: September 30, 2024, during maintenance.

■ Eligible Contractors:

• - Eligible Period: 7/29 ~ 8/26 Maintenance (Added)
  - Target: Contractors who Repaired and Enhanced the Mystic Earrings of Doom (Sealed) after reaching +10 enhancement.

■ Example of Enhancement Restoration and Material Refund:
Example 1)
If the Mystic Earrings of Doom (Sealed) was repaired at +6, +11, +15, and reached +20 enhancement, with two Transcendences and the use of 10 Protection Stones

1) The Enhancement level will be restored to +11.
2) 2 Hephaistos's Hammers will be refunded.
3) All Enhancement Stones used between +11 and +20 will be refunded.
4) 2 Equipment used for Transcendence will be refunded.
5) 10 Protection Stones will be refunded.

Example 2)
If the Mystic Earrings of Doom(Sealed) was repaired at +6, +11, +15, and reached +20 enhancement, with two transcendences and the use of 10 protection stones, followed by crafting the Mystic Earrings of Doom

1) 2 Hephaistos's Hammers will be refunded.
2) All Enhancement Stones used between +11 and +20 will be refunded.
3) 2 Equipment used for Transcendence will be refunded.
4) 10 Protection Stones will be refunded.

* Only the materials used for the Mystic Earrings of Doom (Sealed) will be refunded without the Restoration of the Enhancement level.

■ Objection Procedure
- If you do not wish for Enhancement Restoration, please contact our Customer Support through the in-game inquiry system.
- If you submit an objection, you will be excluded from Enhancement Restoration and Material Refund, and your current Equipment Status will be maintained.
- How to submit an in-game inquiry: [Gods Raid] > [Settings] > [Account] > [1:1 Inquiry]
- Objection Requests can be submitted until September 22 (Sun).
- If you do not submit an objection request, it will be considered as automatic consent to the Enhancement Restoration and Reward Distribution.

■ Notes
- We will thoroughly investigate all Enhancement data up to the Current Date to determine the Materials to be refunded. Please note that the number of Enhancements, Repairs, Transcendence, and Protection Stone usage may vary per individual, so the amount of resources refunded will differ for each Contractor.
- Refunded materials will be sent via in-game mail within 3 days of the maintenance.
- If you do not submit an objection request, it will be considered as automatic consent to the Enhancement Restoration and Reward Distribution.

We apologize for the delay in providing this announcement
as we were carefully considering the best course of action.
Moving forward, we will strive to offer a more thorough and considerate service
to prevent any further confusion for our contractors.
