We are providing information on the 3rd Anniversary Popular Dragon Vote event error and the emergency maintenance to fix it.

▣ Error Details
- We have confirmed an issue where the results of the 3rd Anniversary Popular Dragon Vote were not being tallied correctly.
- The error is scheduled to be fixed through emergency maintenance on May 1, however the votes cast before the fix have been lost and cannot be reflected.
- As a result, we will be rerunning Day 1 of the Popular Vote and extending the Wonder Toy Express event period.

■ Emergency Maintenance Schedule
- May 1, 2026 00:00 ~ 01:00 (UTC) (approx. 1 hour)
＊ The maintenance time and details are subject to change based on internal circumstances.
■ Maintenance Details
– The tallying error in the 3rd Anniversary Popular Dragon Vote will be fixed.
- The schedule for the Popular Dragon Vote event and Wonder Toy Express event will be adjusted.
▣ Schedule Adjustment Notice
① Rerun of Popular Dragon Vote Day 1
- The 'Preliminary Round 1-1' from Day 1, which was not tallied correctly due to the error, will be rerun on May 1 at 00:00 (UTC).
- The Popular Vote event schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
- Ticket rewards can be obtained again in the 'Preliminary Round 1-1' taking place on May 1.
- The currently ongoing 'Preliminary Round 1-1' will continue as-is without an early close, so that Tamers can still obtain Wonder Toy Express Tickets.
② Wonder Toy Express Event Extension
- In line with the Popular Vote event schedule adjustment, the Wonder Toy Express event will also be extended by 1 day.
- Event end time: May 20, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (UTC) → May 21, 2026 (Thu) 23:59 (UTC)

- Please note that the schedule adjustment will also be reflected in the existing notice.
