We would like to provide detailed information on the Mystery Lottery refund process.

▣ Mystery Lottery Refund Process Guide
■ Refund Eligibility
- Mystery Tickets used from after the April 16, 2026 (Thu) update ~ April 20, 2026 (Mon) 12:27 (UTC).
■ Refund Method
1. Submitting a Refund Request
- If you are eligible for a refund, please submit your refund request by April 30, 12:00 (UTC+9).
- Partial refunds are not available. Upon application, all Mystery Lottery uses during the eligible period will be processed at once.
- Please log into the game account for which you wish to process the refund, then submit a mail through the in-game Customer Support with the following information.
* Please note that if eligible items are traded or transferred to another Tamer via the Communal Playground after this notice is published, the refund will not be processed.

- Payment receipt information
Google: Payment receipt code beginning with GPA.
Apple: Screenshot of the individual receipt available in the purchase history within the Apple Store app
If you have no payment history, please omit this.
- Consent to the refund process and item retrieval
* By providing consent, it will be considered that you have reviewed all refund procedures, item retrieval notices, and non-retrievable/non-refundable items included in this notice, and the process will proceed accordingly.
* Please make sure to carefully read through this notice before submitting your request.
* If you have already sent your receipt information to Customer Support, please resend only your consent.
2. Refund Process
- Once a refund request is received through Customer Support, the refund will be processed as follows.
a. Item Retrieval
- All items obtained through the Mystery Lottery during the eligible period will be retrieved.
- Account access will be temporarily suspended while the item retrieval is in progress. (Approximately 30 minutes)
- Please wait a moment and then attempt to log in again while the retrieval is being processed.
- The following items will be retrieved.
※ If related Dragons were fused prior to the retrieval process, they will be rolled back to their pre-fusion state, and only Dragons obtained through Mystery Lottery draws (not trades) will be subject to retrieval.
※ If there is a shortage of Diamonds, Dragems, or other currency during the process, they will be processed as negative currency and deducted from future currency gains.
① Items obtained using Mystery Tickets (Egg Boxes, Moon Pieces, Objects) will be retrieved.
① - 1. If an Egg Box was opened, the obtained Dragon will be retrieved.
① - 2. If a Moon Piece was used to change a Dragon's Personality, it will be reverted to the Personality before the change.
① - 3. If an Object was installed, it will be uninstalled and retrieved.
① - 4. If an Egg Box was sold, the amount of Diamonds gained from that trade will be deducted.
① - 5. If an Egg Box was shared via the Communal Playground, Diamonds equal to the average server trade price of that Egg Box will be deducted.
① - 6. If a Moon Piece was shared via the Communal Playground, Diamonds will be deducted according to the Moon Piece conversion standard.
② In line with the retrievals in ① and ②, Mystery Points and items exchanged with Points will also be retrieved.
② - 1. Dragon Eggs held in the Egg Storage will be retrieved.
② - 2. If Moonlight Gems, View Charms, or Dragon Drinks have already been used and cannot be retrieved, they will be converted to Diamonds of equivalent value and retrieved.
② - 3. If a Dragon has been claimed from the Egg Storage, that Dragon will be retrieved.
② - 4. If a Dragon claimed from the Egg Storage has been sold in the Trading Post, the amount of Dragems gained from that trade will be deducted.
[Diamond Conversion Standard]
- Dimensional Moon Piece: 1,000 Diamonds
- Rift Moon Piece: 400 Diamonds
- Moonlight Gem: 250 Diamonds
- View Charm: 100 Diamonds
- Dragon Drink x100: 3 Diamonds
b. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued for the items retrieved in step a.
- If tickets were purchased using Dragems, they will be restored as Dragems.
- If time-limited tickets were used, they will be reissued as time-limited tickets.
- If obtained through paid packages or passes, individual reissuance will not be provided, and the purchase of each product will be cancelled instead.
- If payment was made through the Apple App Store system, the refund process will be guided separately via a reply to your inquiry.
- Once the refund is complete, a completion notification will be sent to the mail used to submit the refund request.
