▣ April 16 (Thu) Known Issues Notice
■ Details
① Egg Box Dragon Error
- We have confirmed an issue where the Dragons in the Unroka Egg Box and Kaned Egg Box were being obtained with their contents swapped.
- This error was fixed at 05:00 (UTC).
- For those who have already opened the Egg Boxes and obtained the Dragons, individual corrective action will be taken, and you will be notified of the details via Mail after the action is complete.
② Mystery Lottery Dragon Trade Restriction Error
- We have confirmed an issue where the first-generation Dragons obtained from the Mystery Lottery Point Shop were unable to be traded.
- This error has already been fixed, however additional action is required for those who have already obtained the affected Dragons.
- Corrective action for the non-tradable Dragons will be carried out sequentially. Please note that game accounts requiring action may be suspended for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
