1. North America Server Connection Delay  

 - Due to an outage in the North America AWS server, intermittent connection failures and network delays are occurring on the [North America Server].  

 ＊AWS stands for Amazon Web Services, a company providing cloud server services.  

 - Please note that connection issues may continue until the server outage is resolved.

We will continue to strive for a more stable service.
