Story

A strange, clumsy dragon was born from a strange black egg. He had an extra pair of ears, shabby feathers, a half-scaled tail and almost no wings. The dragon's parents abandoned him, believing that this was not their hatch, and that someone had abandoned the egg with him. For a long time, the hatch wandered alone and tried to join other dragons, but no one accepted him as their own. 

One day, on one of his sleepless nights, he heard something fall into a pond nearby and decided to check what it was. Carefully peering out of the bushes, he noticed that the fallen something was a broken star, which was quietly whispering for help. Coming closer to the star, he picked it up. He felt incredibly sorry for the star, but he could not do anything. 

"I will definitely find someone who can help you! I know there are dragons who take care of the stars! They will help you too!" 

Holding the star carefully and caring for it, he went in search of help. During the search, enough time passed, the dragon managed to grow up, but they did not find a trace of anyone who could help, and the star was fading. One day, the star whispered to the dragon 

"My time has come to an end, but this is not farewell. I do not regret that we never found anyone, it was a wonderful journey in my entire life. You showed me the earth, I will show you the sky. Please accept my light and carry it through your life" 

The dragon with tears in his eyes pressed the star to his chest and the star spent its last strength to give the dragon golden wings of stardust. All that was left of the star was a trace on the dragon's chest, and he himself never heard this star again, but all the other stars in the ocean of the night sang to him.
