Dragon Book Description: Even as a young hatch, the Luck Dragon had already begun to explore the entire area in search of shiny objects. Her collection was still modest, but it brought her great joy! Her wings were too small for flight, and sometimes people wondered how she could navigate or find shiny objects with her eyes closed. There was a prevailing belief that the gentle blue pale fire surrounding her guided her to discover whatever she desired, nobody knows exactly the truth if it's the spirits of luck or not. But the truth is that she used the flame to navigate the area without opening her eye.

Hatchling Stage

Dragon Description: The Hatchling embarks on a quest for even greater treasures.

Dragon Book Description: As the Luck Dragon continued to mature as a hatchling, her desire to collect shiny objects and treasures intensified. Anything that glimmered instantly captured her attention, and she would eagerly seek to acquire it, even if it meant swooping in to claim a stray gold piece dropped by someone. With her growth, her wings and body got bigger, granting her the ability to soar from place to place. Those fortunate enough to spot the Lucky Dragon would often discover treasures or lost gold coins, and they believed the dragon was the source of their newfound fortune and expressed their gratitude towards the dragon. Little did they know that the dragon's true motive was mischievously adding these finds to her ever-growing collection. With each incident, the people became increasingly convinced that the rumors were, in fact, the truth.

Adult Stage

Dragon Description: It is a dragon that is said to bring good fortune to anyone fortunate enough to lay their eyes upon it.

Dragon Book Description: Every day, the Lucky Dragon tirelessly scours the world in search of rare, diamond-like treasures. It soars through the skies, travels to numbers of marketplaces, and explores sacred shrines, all in the hopes of discovering items worthy of adding to its ever-growing collection. Sometimes, it even journeys to dangerous and unknown places, willing to confront danger head-on for the sake of its obsession. When faced with threats, the Lucky Dragon uses its mighty wings and the fiery power within to scare off potential threats. Though a generally friendly dragon, it can be mischievous at times, taking unexpected actions to expand its collections of shiny objects.

 For those fortunate enough to be accompanied by the Lucky Dragon, everyone believes that unimaginable fortune has been bestowed upon the Tamer. However, the truth behind these beliefs remains a secret shared only by the Tamer and the Lucky Dragon. Despite its playful antics and insatiable desire for shiny objects, the Lucky Dragon has never resorted to stealing, preserving at least one truth that people can hold onto. However, one thing that even the Tamer rarely sees is that the Lucky Dragon only opens its eyes when something extremely valuable, like the object on its forehead is in her sight

Book Story

"Unlucky Day!"

As the Lucky Dragon leisurely strolled near an abandoned shrine, it noticed a group of people working diligently to restore the once-forgotten place. Seeing an opportunity to find something intriguing, it quietly sneaked behind a small bush and observed their every move. The dragon patiently waited for the workers to take a break or leave the area, hoping to begin its search for precious items.

The moment arrived when the workers took a break, and Lucky Dragon seized the chance to explore the shrine. It did so with great care, respecting the sanctity of the place by handling debris delicately and even assisting in rebuilding some parts. For an extended period, it meticulously cleaned and reconstructed the shrine while also searching for rare treasures.

Hours passed, and despite the shrine's transformation into a pristine state, the dragon had yet to discover anything of interest. Just when it was about to lose hope, a glimmer caught its eye from amidst the debris. Unbeknownst to the dragon, the workers had returned and spotted it inspecting the rubble.

Startled by their presence, Lucky Dragon retreated and hid once more. However, the workers believed this encounter to be a sign of good fortune, as they had been visited by the Lucky Dragon. They enthusiastically cleared away the debris and uncovered a rare, shimmering gemstone. Their joy knew no bounds, as this gemstone would provide them with the means to procure better materials and equipment for the shrine's reconstruction. They also noticed the shrine's already-improved condition, and all of this belongs to the Lucky Dragon's efforts, deciding to express their gratitude to the dragon, though she had already left the area disheartened. She had contemplated scaring them away and snatching the gemstone, but she knew that this is a terrible act.

Upon her return to the Tamer, her expression was cheerless and walked slowly towards the Tamer.

"It happened again, didn't it?" the Tamer asked, wondering where she had ventured this time, as they sat together in a hill near the Tamer house.

The Lucky Dragon remained silent, curling up into a ball and ignoring the Tamer. In her mind, she contemplated her next move to expand her collection of shiny objects.

The Tamer tried to lift her spirits. "Maybe this will cheer you up! I purchased it from the people who needed funds to restore the nearby shrine. I thought it might be a valuable addition to your collection."

With that, the Tamer opened their bag, revealing a brilliantly gleaming gemstone that originally came from the shrine the Lucky Dragon had visited. The dragon's eyes widened in shock, and she rushed toward the Tamer, taking the gemstone from their hand. She clutched it tightly and beamed with delight. The Tamer spoke with a smile, "Well, as long as you're happy, I'm happy too!"

Overjoyed, the Lucky Dragon jumped into the Tamer's arms, cuddling them tightly. In her excitement, she accidentally dropped the gemstone onto the ground, unaware of the impending mishap.

"Hey, it's alright! You don't need to do that, you know," the Tamer chuckled, returning the affectionate embrace. But soon, they noticed something was wrong.

"Wait... Where's the gemstone?"

The Lucky Dragon quickly disengaged from the hug and frantically searched for the gemstone. She realized it had rolled down from the hill, and with determination, she set off to retrieve it.

"Wait for me!" the Tamer called out, attempting to catch up with the dragon as they both ran downhill. The Lucky Dragon was fixed on the gemstone, confident she could reach it in time.

However, if she had reacted a bit earlier, she might have prevented it from rolling into the deep ocean below. Sadly, she watched as the gemstone disappeared into the water. Heartbroken once more, she curled up in a ball by the ocean's edge.

"I guess we're having an unlucky day," the Tamer laughed, and the Lucky Dragon, suddenly in a playful mood again, pushed the Tamer into the ocean, giggling as she ran away.

"You're not escaping this one!" the Tamer shouted after getting out from the ocean, giving chase to the mischievous dragon, who was delightedly hiding, waiting to be found.
