The Hatchling lore: The evolved Hatchling now has better control with it's smokes, when it hunts, it releases a cloud of smoke and ambush it's prey
The Adult lore: Legends say that this dragon was cursed before it was hatch, so the people have gather the best amongst the best to deal with it. They cast and seal a mask onto the dragon's egg, containing it dark and evil powers. When it finally hatch, a pulse of darkness shall release upon the world, but it is weak because of the mask, when it continues to grow, it'll slowly get longer, more smoke will come out of it's body and it'll grow more limbs
