There was once an amusement park, rich in children, games, fun and laughter. It was a worldwide destination frequented by any and all, filling the days with sparks and nights with light.
Beneath the park slumbered a dragon spirit, nourished and vitalized by the children's giggles. joy is what it fed on and happiness what kept its vigor. But as time passed, a powerful plague shook the world and colors began to be drained.
The park was a victim, slowly fading away. The clowns became mimes, the smiles became frowns, and the laughs became cries. The dragon spirit weakened and knew something had to be done. It wanted to give back to all the little ones who sustained it for so long.
And thus it arose, its spirit condensing and inhabiting a lone single carousel ride, the only one with its colors left intact, as if the park's last hope. Hence was born a bundle of joy, its shutters closed yet spinning with delight. it radiated energy, warmth, fun and colors.
The children gathered around it, and as their curious gasps grew loud, the egg shook more, until voila! a hatchling came to be. it smiled and growled, spun and twisted, taking the children on its back one at a time for a ride round and round, a ride of a lifetime!
And thus it grew, slowly reviving the park, fending off the cursed plague, returning all colors. the ride became more, the carousel spun long, and soon enough it never had to stop as children kept coming, over and over!
At last now again, carousel dragon still to this day, twists and turns, protecting the equilibrium and balance of joy. It may look all fun and games, but it takes its job seriously to uplift one's heart, as now young and old ride on its seats going down and up!
