Description of appearance and other things

I call this dragon "Winter Dragon" and its elements are Water and Dream. Both Male and Female look the same except of their eye color, which is ocean blue to cyan on the female one and purple to pink on the male one. The dragon itself is light blue (actually it should be almost white but I messed up on my drawings) and has a pretty basic shape with big wings. It wears a purple winter head and a blue-white scarf. On its head it has dark blue reindeer antlers and reindeer-like ears. At the tip of its tail is a little snowball and over its back and tail there is always a small layer of snow. The wings are dark blue on the inside and the feet as well. (I forgot that one on the female hatch lol) On the legs there are a few snowflakes that lets the dark blue and light blue fade together.

General Description
The winter dragon can summon snow but also wears a hat and scarf to be warm around its neck and head.
The dark blue areas on the dragons body glitter in sunlight just like snow. The winter dragon travels around the world, exploring and pranking and helping people with its "summon snow" ability whenever it can. This ability can summon or move small amounts of snow. The bigger the dragon, the more snow.

Egg Description
The egg is light blue, spotted with snowflakes, wears a hat and scarf. It hatches quickest in the snow and sometimes creates snow around it.

Hatch Description
As a hatch it has small antlers and learns how to use its snow-creation ability which leads to some accidents from time to time. Its wings are already there and it can fly right away but only for a short period of time.

Hatchling Description
As a hatchling the dragon can control its ability much better but uses it to play some pranks on people like dropping snow on their head. Its antlers also grew and it has to get used to its new weight. But its wings also grew and it can fly much longer now.

Adult Description
As an adult the dragon pranks a little less and uses its ability more to help and give snow to everyone. It helps kids to build snowmen and it also uses its ability to build defense walls or snow buildings.

Story
The dragon explores the world, looking around for cool places and for people that can be pranked or helped.
One day a winter dragon hatchling spotted a child that was building a snowman under a tree.
The dragon hid nearby and watched the child with a cheeky grin.
Then it used its ability to let the snow fall from the tree.
The whole snowman and child were covered by snow.
While the dragon cracked up into laughter, the child dug itself free from the snow.
When the dragon looked back at the child, it was crying.
The hatchling suddenly felt bad for its prank.
It decided to help the child build a new snowman.
They built more things out of snow and played all day.
The dragon met other children too and they had a lot of fun playing togehter and pranking others.
It had so much fun with the children, it decided to stay.
