Clown Dragon

Egg:

The egg bounces and spins around.

It is soft and rubbery. It makes the sound of a bike horn when it is squeezed.

Hatch:

The hatch tries to make you laugh.

It looks for objects that it can perform tricks with. It is clumsy and often falls when it tries to balance.

Hatchling:

This pudgy hatchling has various talents.

The hatchling has collected a series of props to perform with. It does tricks and plays gentle pranks that do not mean to offend anyone.

Adult:

The brightly colored Clown Dragon is playful and kind. It entertains guests with activities like balloon animals, juggling, and face painting. If there is any trick that would make you smile or laugh, it will try to perform it for you.

Story: “A Special Party”

The Clown Dragon’s tamer had become very busy for the past few years. Clown Dragon was happy to explore the world and meet new people, but it also missed its tamer.

One day, a messenger approached Clown Dragon. “Your tamer is calling you to come home,” he said.

The Clown Dragon excitedly clapped its paws and flew home right away. When it arrived, the tamer was standing outside with a young child in her arms.

“It’s his birthday,” said the tamer, “and he wants to see you perform.” The Clown Dragon stepped forward and the child reached out to it. He squeezed the dragon’s nose and it honked like a bike horn. The child giggled.

Several children came to the house, and the clown dragon entertained all of them. It twisted colorful balloons into the shape of a dragon for each child.

The tamer and her son graciously thanked the Clown Dragon. He was now old enough that she had time to take Clown Dragon on adventures again.
