Has anyone received a response to their inquiry?

Good evening. I'm a Tamer from overseas.

I was worried because I hadn't received a reply to the bug report I sent to customer support, so I contacted them.

They replied, "We're busy so it's taking longer than usual, but we're carefully considering bug reports!"

 

…I waited. Still no response.

I'm not just sending a critical message, I'm asking because I'm having trouble with a bug regarding dragon breeding.

I didn't want to cause any inconvenience to the development team, so I sent it on March 8th, avoiding the peak period when we receive the most inquiries.

It's not listed as a "currently known bug" in the notification, so it's like it's been left unattended to me. How long should I wait?

 

Does customer support work? If anyone has received a response please let me know.

The incubator bug appears to have been fixed.
