This is Dragon Village Collection.

We would like to share our upcoming plans for the game, as many Tamers have shown great interest in the future updates and overall service direction of Dragon Village Collection.

Service Direction

Dragon Village Collection is currently in the process of shifting to a content-focused service.

Although some content and systems have changed, we ask for your understanding that these measures are not intended to increase revenue, but rather to enhance the game's sustainability and provide a better service.

We acknowledge that in transitioning to a game that can sustain itself long-term, there may be short-term inconveniences or confusion. However, we appreciate your patience as we move forward with these changes.

Additionally, we had planned to release a paid dragon in March, but we will reassess the schedule after thoroughly reviewing the necessary factors. Please note this change.

Moreover, while discontinuing the sale of paid Dragon Drinks was decided in response to concerns about spending fatigue, we understand the inconvenience it may cause to Tamers who regularly purchased paid Dragon Drinks. We are considering the possibility of temporarily selling them during busy periods, and we ask for your understanding should this occur.

Background of the Dragon Infuse System Introduction

After analyzing feedback from Tamers, we confirmed that many of you have strong attachments to particular dragons and wish to use those dragons in your gameplay.

Therefore, we introduced the Dragon Infuse system after much thought on how to allow stronger expressions of affection for specific dragons while maintaining their rarity.

If the absolute number of dragons continues to grow, their rarity may diminish, and their value could decline. By implementing the Infuse system, we aim to regulate the number of dragons while still preserving their value as collectible assets.

Furthermore, by providing a reason to collect first-generation versions of popular dragons via the Dragon Infuse feature, we anticipate an overall increase in dragon value.

Adjustments to Wanderer Dragons

As previously mentioned, we considered revamping the Wanderer system but decided to cancel those changes after determining that they would not align with what our Tamers wanted. Instead, we will limit the Wanderer-exclusive dragon release to one new dragon per month.

In exchange, we plan to introduce various new ways to obtain dragons beyond the Wanderer, including through the Prism Gate and Portal systems, allowing more opportunities to acquire dragons.

Dragon Village Collection is committed to preserving the value of the dragons you have collected and ensuring you can continue to enjoy the game.
