How to enter codes after being blocked?
I bought two boxes and the codes that came with it are extremely faded and was about to get to my 50th code to exchange for an egg box , and then it blocked me because it’s “suspicious“ i keep entering the codes wrong because they are so hard to read. Customer service does not get back to me and reply , i’ve sent multiple inquiries. How do I finish entering the rest of my codes ? Is there a timer until I can try again? Does it refresh completely or is it one mess up and i’m blocked again ? I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.
