▣ Mystery Lottery Issue Compensation and Retroactive Measures Notice

■ Issue Details

 - The following issues occurred while using the Mystery Lottery after the July 8 (Wed) update.

 - All identified issues have now been fixed.

① Unable to Proceed with the Mystery Lottery on the Asia Server

 - Occurrence Period: Approximately 2 days and 14 hours after July 9, 2026 (Thu) 15:10:48 (UTC)

 - Issue Details: The Mystery Lottery could not be used after it was sold out.

 - Measures Taken: We investigated and addressed the issue, but the same issue occurred again afterward, requiring additional investigation and response.

② Unable to Proceed with the Mystery Lottery on the East Asia Server

 - Occurrence Period: Approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes after July 12, 2026 (Sun) 00:03:57 (UTC)

 - Issue Details: The Mystery Lottery could not be used after it was sold out.

 - Measures Taken: We investigated and addressed the issue, but the same issue occurred again afterward, requiring additional investigation and response.

 - Additional Issue: After recovery, another issue related to the Mystery Lottery occurred for approximately 3 hours.

■ Compensation Details

 - The following compensation will be provided to Tamers who experienced inconvenience due to the issues.

① Asia Server Compensation

 - Eligible Users: All users on the Asia Server

 - Recovery Compensation

   ＊ 21 Mystery Lottery Tickets

 - Additional Compensation

   ＊ 30 Mystery Points

② East Asia Server Compensation

 - Eligible Users: All users on the East Asia Server

 - Recovery Compensation

   ＊ 5 Mystery Lottery Tickets

 - Additional Compensation

   ＊ 5 Mystery Lottery Tickets

■ Connection Issue Measures Notice

 - We are reviewing an additional extension of the event due to the period when the Mystery Lottery could not be used normally because of connection issues.
- Further details will be provided in an additional notice.

■ Retroactive Measures for Reclaimed Darkvane Dragons on the North America Server

 - If a Darkvane that was incorrectly distributed on the North America Server was reclaimed, retroactive measures will be applied as follows based on the reclaimed dragon's growth and trade status.

① Dragon Drinks Used for Growth

 - Dragon Drinks will be provided according to the growth stage if they were used for growth.

   ＊ Hatch: 1,300 Dragon Drinks

   ＊ Hatchling: 2,600 Dragon Drinks

   ＊ Adult: 3,900 Dragon Drinks

② Dragems Used for Growth

 - Dragems will be provided according to the growth stage if they were used for growth.

   ＊ Hatch: 1,300 Dragems

   ＊ Hatchling: 2,600 Dragems

   ＊ Adult: 3,900 Dragems

③ Moon Pieces Used on Adult Dragons

 - If a Moon Piece was used on an Adult dragon, the used Moon Piece will be provided.

④ If an Egg Box Was Sold Through the Marketplace

 - If an Egg Box was sold through the Marketplace, the amount of Diamonds actually received from the sale will be deducted.

We once again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our Tamers by the repeated issues.

To prevent the same issue from recurring, we will inspect and improve the relevant systems, while also enhancing our monitoring and response procedures so that issues can be identified and addressed more quickly.

We will review and take measures more carefully to provide a more stable service.
