- The Prism Gate Dragon reward error has been fixed, and the measures for Tamers who already encountered the error are provided in the additional details below.
▣ August 26 (Wed) Known Issues Notice
■ Details
① Prism Gate Dragon Reward Error
- We have confirmed an issue where, if a Dragon to be obtained from Prism Gate was confirmed before the August 26 (Wed) update but not claimed until after the update, a different Dragon from the confirmed Dragon was granted.
- We have confirmed that this issue does not occur when obtaining an Egg from Prism Gate played after the August 26 (Wed) update.
- For cases where the conditions were already met and the issue occurred, separate measures are required, and we are currently investigating the affected accounts.
- Once the investigation and measures are complete, we will provide additional information through this notice.
■ Additional Details
- The error where a different Dragon from the confirmed Dragon was granted when a Dragon to be obtained from Prism Gate was confirmed before the August 26 (Wed) update but claimed after the update was fixed on August 27 (Thu) at 03:45 (UTC), and measures have been applied so that the correct Dragon can now be claimed.
Tamers who have not yet claimed the Dragon are requested to proceed with claiming it.
- Tamers who had already claimed and obtained a different Dragon from the confirmed Dragon before the error was fixed will be handled as follows.
■ Measures
- Eligible Tamers: Tamers who had already claimed and obtained a different Dragon from the confirmed Dragon before the error was fixed.
- Measures:
① Dragons obtained due to the error will not be retrieved.
② The Dragon that should have originally been obtained will be sent to your Mail within today.
The additionally granted Dragon will be obtained as non-tradable.
- Tamers who were affected by the error but did not claim the Dragon before the error was fixed and therefore missed the free entry opportunity on August 26 will separately receive 4 Prism Stones.
