- The issues identified after the update are as follows.
① Error Receiving Some Egg Rewards in Prism Gate
- We confirmed an issue where some Egg rewards in Prism Gate could not be received properly.
② Prism Form Display Error
- We confirmed an issue where Dragons that should appear in Prism Forms were displayed in their Common Forms.
③ Prism Form Phoenix Missing from Appearance List
- We confirmed that Prism Form Phoenix was missing from the appearance list.
■ Measures
- We would like to inform you of the fix status and planned measures for the identified issues.
① Error Receiving Some Egg Rewards in Prism Gate
- The issue was fixed with the patch applied on August 19, 2026 (Wed) at 01:50 (UTC).
- You can now claim Egg rewards from Prism Gate normally.
② Prism Form Display Error
- The issue was fixed with the patch applied on August 19, 2026 (Wed) at 03:45 (UTC).
- If you are currently logged into the game, please reconnect and check again.
③ Prism Form Phoenix Missing from Appearance List
- To ensure a stable update, Prism Form Phoenix will be added to the draw list through next week’s update.
■ Compensation Notice
- As an apology to Tamers inconvenienced by the issues, compensation will be sent later today.
- Compensation: 3,000 Dragon Drinks, 28 Prism Stones (enough for 7 entries)
