We would like to inform you of the period extension due to errors that occurred while using the Mystery Lottery.

▣ Mystery Lottery Period Extension Notice
■ Details
- Errors occurred on each server while using the Mystery Lottery, preventing some Tamers from using the Mystery Lottery normally.
- Therefore, considering the error situation on each server, the Mystery Lottery event period and Point Exchange period will be extended as follows.
- We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience.
＊ Compensation for the Mystery Lottery errors was announced through a separate notice. Please refer to the previous notice.
■ Mystery Lottery Extended Period
- Considering the error situation on each server, the period during which the Mystery Lottery can be used will be extended as follows.
① East Asia Server
- Extended Period: Until July 23, 2026 (Thu) 23:59 (UTC)
- Extension: 2 days
② Asia Server
- Extended Period: Until July 25, 2026 (Sat) 23:59 (UTC)
- Extension: 4 days
③ America Server
- Extended Period: Until July 22, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (UTC)
- Extension: 1 day
④ Europe Server
- Extended Period: Until July 22, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (UTC)
- Extension: 1 day
■ Point Exchange Period
- Following the extension of the Mystery Lottery period, the period during which Mystery Points can be exchanged will also be extended as follows.
① East Asia Server
- Exchange Period: Until July 26, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC)
② Asia Server
- Exchange Period: Until July 28, 2026 (Tue) 23:59 (UTC)
③ America Server
- Exchange Period: Until July 25, 2026 (Sat) 23:59 (UTC)
④ Europe Server
- Exchange Period: Until July 25, 2026 (Sat) 23:59 (UTC)
