 - Details: An issue occurred where the Mystery Lottery could not be used normally.

② Compensation for Mystery Lottery Draw Result Error

 - Period: July 8, 2026 (Wed) 17:40 ~ 23:00 (UTC)

 - Details: During this period, abnormal rewards were distributed, such as the first reward obtained from the Mystery Lottery draw being fixed as a Darkvane Egg Box or Darkvane (Liberation Form) Select Box.

③ Emergency Maintenance

 - Target Server: America Server

 - Period: July 8, 2026 (Wed) 22:58 ~ July 9, 2026 (Thu) 03:00 (UTC)

 - Details: Emergency maintenance was carried out to address the error that occurred on the America Server.

■ Measures

 - Retrieval and reissue measures will be carried out as follows according to the errors that occurred.

① Measures for the Mystery Lottery Draw Reward Error

 - Target Server: America Server

 - Items distributed or used during the error period will be handled according to the details below.

   ＊ All incorrectly distributed rewards during the error period will be retrieved.

   ＊ Dragons registered on the Exchange or currently being raised, used Moon Pieces, Objects, and points distributed through draws are also subject to retrieval.

   ＊ If the relevant item has already been sold on the Exchange, the Diamonds obtained from the sale will be retrieved.

   ＊ All Mystery Tickets used during the error period will be reissued.

 - The following compensation will be distributed to Tamers who experienced inconvenience due to the error and emergency maintenance.

 - Compensation Details: 10 Mystery Lottery Free Tickets

② Compensation for Mystery Lottery Draw Result Error

 - Compensation Target: All Tamers on the America Server

 - Compensation Details: 10 Mystery Lottery Tickets and 30 Mystery Points

③ Emergency Maintenance Compensation

 - Compensation Target: All Tamers on the America Server

 - Compensation Details: Pino's Nutrient (72h) x1 and Dragon Drink x7,000
