- We have additionally confirmed that the identified error is occurring on servers other than the America Server as well, and are currently investigating.
- We will provide another update through a separate notice once the investigation is complete.
▣ July 8 (Wed) Known Issues Notice
■ Details
① Error Using Some Features on the America Server
- Target Server: America Server
- We have confirmed an issue where Mystery Lottery, Cosmic Album, and Membership are not functioning properly.
- Temporary measures have been applied, but some features such as Bulletin Board, Cosmic Album, and Membership continue to not function properly.
- We have also confirmed an issue where Mystery Lottery proceeds very slowly or does not proceed properly when used.
- We are currently checking the issue, and will provide further information by adding updates to this notice once the measure is complete.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused while using Dragon Village Collection.
We will work harder to provide a more stable service.
