■ Details
① Prism Gate Exchange Grace Period Error
- We have identified an issue where the Prism Gate exchange grace period announced in the event notice was not functioning and are currently taking action.
- The Prism Gate exchange grace period will be opened later today so that it can be used.
＊ Exchange Grace Period: ~ March 14, 2026 (Sat) 23:59 (UTC)
- Functions available during the exchange grace period: Prism Stone usage, Bonus Point exchange
＊ Please note that Prism Stones cannot be obtained or purchased during the exchange grace period.
② Exploration Tab Access Error
- Some Tamers experienced an issue where the Exploration tab could not be used between March 11, 2026 (Wed) 23:00 ~ March 12, 2026 (Thu) 00:00 (UTC).
- The Exploration tab is currently functioning normally, but we have confirmed that features such as Prism Gate could not be used during that time. Therefore, additional compensation will be provided to Tamers who experienced the issue.
- Compensation: 8 Prism Stones
- The compensation will be sent to your mailbox later today. Please receive and use it within the exchange grace period.
