▣ Information on Known Issues on December 19 (Fri)

■ Details

① Rudolph Sleigh Form Issue

- An issue has been identified where Rudolph’s Sleigh Form, added through the December 18 (Thu) update, is not being inherited through breeding.

- Due to an internal communication error, incorrect information was provided to Tamers who reported this issue, stating that inheritance was not possible.

- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by both the issue and the incorrect guidance. We are currently preparing fixes and follow-up measures, so please bear with us for a short while.

■ Additional Notice – December 19, 2025 (Fri) 05:50 (UTC)

- The previously announced issue has been fixed.

- In addition to the Sleigh Form, the Night Deer Form was also affected and has been addressed together.

- Below are the follow-up measures to be implemented.

→ The breeding cooldown will be reset for Rudolph Sleigh Form / Night Deer Form dragons and for dragons that have bred with those dragons. (Scheduled to be processed today)

→ As an apology for the issue and the incorrect information provided, a “Gender Change Ticket” item will be sent to your mailbox today.

→ If you have experienced any additional issues due to this matter, please contact the in-game Customer Support. We will review and provide further guidance.
