■ Details

1. Square and Chat Issues

- Issues related to Square access and chat usage have been identified, and investigation and fixes are currently in progress.

- Until the issues are resolved, Solo Play Mode will be applied when using the Square, and chat will be unavailable.

- Other Square content can be used normally.

＊ Please note that some features were announced as disabled through a notice on December 17 (Wed).

■ Additional Notice – December 19, 2025 04:00 (UTC)

 - The Square and chat issues have been fixed.
 - After reconnecting, Solo Play Mode will be lifted and chat will be available.

2. Santa’s Present Event Acquisition Source Issue

- An issue has been identified where dragons obtained from Santa’s Present are incorrectly displayed as being obtained from the Ice Star Planet.

- Please note that this will be corrected to the proper acquisition source through a future fix.

3. Special Compensation Distribution Issue
- An issue has been identified where the compensation sent regarding the Card Pack Special Form policy was not properly distributed outside the East Asia servers, and is currently being fixed.
- We plan to ensure that the compensation can be received within today, so please wait a little longer.
 

We are preparing to resolve the confirmed issues as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused.
