Notice Regarding Known Issues on July 22 (Tue).

* 2025-07-22 04:20 (UTC) – A live patch has fixed the following issues:  

1. Prism Gate probability display error  

2. Skat display error  

3. Connection failure issue
 

* 2025-07-22 05:20 (UTC) – The error in the Special Egg Box Exchange has been fixed, and the Exchange has been re-enabled.

▣ Known Issues on July 22 (Tue) ▣

■ Details

1. Prism Gate Probability Display Error – Fixed

 - We have identified an issue where Dragon appearance probabilities are not displayed in Prism Gate and are currently working on a fix.

2. Skat Display Error – Fixed

 - We have identified an issue where the Adult Female Skat’s form does not appear in-game and are working on a fix.

3. Connection Failure – Fixed

 - We have resolved an issue where, in certain environments, the game could not be accessed and an error message appeared.

 - If you still experience this issue, please close the game completely and try again.

4. Special Egg Box Exchange Error – Fixed

 - We have identified an issue occurring when entering the Special Egg Box Exchange and are currently working on a fix.

 - The Exchange will be temporarily disabled for error correction; please take note.

■ Response Notice

 - Fixes for the identified issues are being applied via patches as soon as they are completed.

 - Once each issue is resolved, we will inform you through this notice.

 - We apologize for any inconvenience caused while using Dragon Village Collection.
