[Notice] Adjustment and Measures for Frozen Hatchling and Hatch

This is Dragon Village Collection.
After today's update, we identified that the ascension rewards for frozen hatches and hatchlings were not applied as intended. We have promptly corrected this issue through a live patch.
As this was a critical issue that required immediate correction, we sincerely apologize for implementing the fix without prior notice.
For cases where frozen hatches and hatchling ascensions were processed before the fix, we will review the data, retrieve all incorrectly granted Dragem, and restore the ascended dragons accordingly.
Please note that the dragon restoration process may take some time, and we kindly ask for your understanding. If you require further assistance, please contact our customer support center, and we will provide further guidance after review.
