This is Dragon Village Collection.

We apologize for any confusion caused regarding the Santa's Present event.

First of all, as previously announced through today's live patch, the issue where the gender of dragons obtained from the Santa's Present matched the gender of the placed dragon has been resolved.

However, adjusting the gender of dragons obtained from the Santa's Present individually is not possible.

Considering that not all dragons' gender were affected by this issue, we have decided to provide individual compensation rather than a full compensation.

Based on the amount of Diamonds  spent on the Santa's Present, we will be sending Gender Transition Ticket via mail according to the Diamonds usage ratio. Please take note of this.

We apologize once again for the confusion regarding this matter.

We will continue to strive to provide better service in the future.
