First, we would like to apologize for the confusion caused during the announcement process regarding the change to the Card Pack Special Form policy.

Although this policy was reviewed internally from multiple perspectives, after comprehensively considering the current service environment and gameplay flow, we determined that applying it at this time would not be appropriate.

Accordingly, the previously announced breeding restriction policy for Card Pack Special Forms will not be applied, and acquisition through breeding will continue to be available as before.

This matter was not a simple feature adjustment, but a change that could have affected the overall gameplay flow and structure of Dragon Village Collection that has been maintained over a long period of time.

We recognize that it was necessary to provide sufficient explanation in advance and build understanding regarding how the meaning of the experiences that Tamers have accumulated through time and choices during gameplay could be perceived.

We also acknowledge that predictability regarding when and in what direction such changes are made is an important factor for stable service use, yet we did not adequately take this into account when making the announcement.

We take seriously the fact that the announcement was made without sufficiently explaining and sharing these considerations.

Through this incident, we would like to review and organize the operational standards of Dragon Village Collection as follows.

 - Changes that directly affect gameplay experiences such as breeding, trading, the Dragon Book, and collection will be shared step by step after sufficient internal review.

 - We will clearly distinguish between content under review and content that has been finalized when making announcements.

 - The value of dragons will be designed to be formed naturally through gameplay processes and records, rather than through a single acquisition method.

 - Any changes related to Card Packs and BM structures will follow the principle of sharing direction in advance to avoid confusion in service use.

This decision was not made based on short-term judgment, but on the standard that providing a stable gameplay experience is the most important priority at the current stage of the service.

Dragon Village Collection is a service built through the combined accumulation of operational decisions and the gameplay of our Tamers.

All future changes will be carried out with sufficient preparation and explanation, in a direction that does not cause sudden disruption to gameplay flow.

Through continuous review and improvement, we will strive to create an environment where Tamers can play with confidence.
