1. Guild War Result Display Issue
- We have identified and are investigating an issue where all Guild War results are displayed as losses.
■ Action Notice
- This issue is currently under investigation, and we will provide another update through this notice once the investigation and action have been completed.
■ Additional Details
- As a result of the investigation, it was confirmed that all Guild War results were being processed as losses.
- The issue has been confirmed to have occurred only on the Asia Server.
- The issue has been fixed, and any results checked after the fix will now be processed correctly as wins or losses.
- However, for cases that had already been shown as losses, additional action and compensation will be provided.
- Further details regarding the additional action and compensation will be announced through a notice later today.
