▣ Known Issue Notice

① 'Pickup Legendary Guaranteed Acquisition Rule' Not Applied to Certain Draws
- After the September 30 (Wed) update, an issue occurred where the improved Pickup Draw Guaranteed Acquisition Rule was not applied to some Draws.
* Affected Draws: Gushing Water Orb Pickup Draw, Legacy of Ruin Event Draw
- This issue occurred for Tamers who were already in a state of having a Pickup Legendary guaranteed acquisition before the update.
- The improved Pickup Legendary Guaranteed Acquisition Rule is being applied normally to all other Draws.

※ [Reference] What is the “Improved Pickup Guaranteed Acquisition Rule”?
- In Pickup Draws, if you obtain a Legendary Item that is not the Pickup target, the guaranteed status (100% chance of obtaining the Pickup target when obtaining the next Legendary Item) is carried over to the next Pickup Draw.
- Issue Details: After the update, when some Tamers who already had a carried-over guaranteed status before the update used the new Pickup Draw, the carried-over guaranteed rule was not applied, and they could obtain another Legendary Item that was not the Pickup target.

■ Action Taken
- To fix the issue, the Gushing Water Orb Pickup Draw and Legacy of Ruin Event Draw will be temporarily disabled.
- Once the necessary actions and fixes are complete, we will provide an update through this notice.

▣ Issue Details and Scope of Impact
 

1. Issue
- For Tamers who were already in a state of having a 'Pickup Legendary Guaranteed Acquisition (Pity)' before the October 1 (Thu) update, the improved guaranteed acquisition rule was not applied after the update.
 

2. Affected Draws and Number of Tamers
- Legacy of Ruin: 10 Tamers
- Gushing Water Orb + Gate of Soul Orb Pickup: 107 Tamers
- The improved guaranteed acquisition rule is being applied normally to Draws other than those listed above.

▣ Action for Affected Tamers (1:1 CS Exchange)
 

As each Tamer may have different preferences regarding whether they wish to keep the obtained items, rather than processing a bulk retrieval and replacement, we will process exchanges individually based on each Tamer's choice through individual inquiries and support.
If you obtained an unwanted non-Pickup Legendary item due to the improved Legendary Guaranteed Acquisition Rule not being applied and wish to exchange it, please contact Customer Support.

1. Gushing Water Orb / Gate of Soul Orb Pickup Draw
- Action: The obtained non-Pickup Legendary item will be retrieved and exchanged for the corresponding Pickup target Legendary Orb.
 

2. Legacy of Ruin Event Draw
- Action: The obtained non-Pickup Legendary item will be retrieved and exchanged for a 'Legacy of Ruin Pickup Orb Random Box'.
(Legacy of Ruin has three Pickup targets, so the item will be provided as a Pickup Orb Random Box.)

※ If you have consumed the item subject to exchange by dismantling, enhancing, selling, or other means, it may be difficult to process the exchange. Please keep the item until the action has been completed after submitting your inquiry.

▣ Compensation for All Tamers

As an apology to all Tamers who experienced significant inconvenience due to the temporary deactivation and reorganization of the Draw content, compensation will be provided.
- Compensation: 1,500 Diamonds
- Distribution: Distributed to all Tamers through the in-game Mailbox today

※ This compensation will be provided separately from the maintenance compensation.
