We would like to inform you of the investigation results and account restriction measures taken regarding the use of unauthorized programs.

▣ Notice on sanctions for using unauthorized programs
■ Reason for account sanction
- Through our recent continuous game-wide data analysis and monitoring process, we identified and investigated records of accounts utilizing unauthorized programs.
- As this behavior severely damages a fair gaming environment and constitutes a critical policy violation, we applied Article 8 of the Operational policy ("Adjustment of sanction level according to severity of violation") and determined an immediate Permanent account restriction for the identified accounts.
■ Notice for fair gaming environment
- Please understand that specific details regarding the types of unauthorized programs, methods of use, and detection criteria cannot be disclosed to prevent potential misuse.
- Moving forward, we will continue to investigate abnormal gameplay through Tamers' reports and internal monitoring, and strictly penalize any accounts confirmed to be in violation according to our Operational policy.
- We will do our utmost to ensure that Tamers can enjoy Dragon Village 3 in a fair and trustworthy environment.
■ TRestricted accounts and action taken
- Reason for sanction: Violation of Operational policy (Use of unauthorized programs, abnormal system access, and fraudulent activities)
- Sanction action: Permanent account restriction
- Sanctioned accounts: Total of 1,553 accounts
■ How to appeal account restrictions
- If you wish to appeal the restriction measure, please submit your account information and the reason for your appeal through Customer support.
