We would like to inform you of the investigation results and account restrictions imposed for unauthorized program use.

▣ Account Restrictions for Unauthorized Program Use
■ Reason for Account Restrictions
- We conducted an investigation based on reports from Tamers and internal monitoring, and confirmed the use of unauthorized programs by reviewing the accounts’ gameplay records.
- This conduct is a serious violation that severely undermines a fair gaming environment. Under the provision in Article 8 of the Operational Policy allowing penalties to be adjusted according to the severity of the violation, we have decided to impose immediate permanent bans.
■ Fair Play Guidelines
- To prevent potential misuse, we cannot disclose details such as the types of unauthorized programs, specific methods of use, or detection criteria. We appreciate your understanding.
- We will continue to identify abnormal gameplay through reports from Tamers and internal monitoring, and penalize accounts with confirmed violations in accordance with the Operational Policy.
- We will do our utmost to ensure that all Tamers can enjoy Dragon Village 3 in a fair and trustworthy environment.
