We sincerely apologize, on behalf of the entire development team, for the fatigue and disappointment caused by the structure of this event to Tamers who have cherished and enjoyed <Dragon Village 3> for so long.

We fully understand that your feedback goes beyond disappointment with the rewards and stems from concerns about maintaining stable game balance and reward value.

Based on your feedback, we have re-examined the current event structure and would like to share the improvements we have prepared to make the event less burdensome to enjoy, as well as our direction for future operations.

1. Improvements to the Moon Viewing Festival Reward Structure and Acquisition Methods

During the design of this 'Moon Viewing Festival' event, the ranking reward structure and the way Magnas could be obtained did not fully align with how Tamers actually play, resulting in an experience that fell short of the enjoyable festival experience we intended to provide.

We have reflected deeply on where the event fell short of your expectations and will immediately improve the reward acquisition structure in line with its original design intent.

● Ranking Reward 'Selection Box' Change

The Magnas Secret Breeding Book, previously the reward for Rank 100 in the Moon Viewing Festival Overall Ranking, will be changed to the Moon Viewing Festival Overall Ranking Selection Box. From the Magnas Reward Selection Box, you will be able to choose either the Magnas Secret Breeding Book or Magnas Chroma Egg. This will allow you to choose another rare option even if you have already obtained sufficient copies of Magnas, increasing the practical value of the reward.

● Added Ways to Obtain Magnas Eggs

To allow you to obtain new Dragons simply by continuing to enjoy the event without the pressure of ranking competition, we will add additional Personal Goal stages to the 'Light the Lanterns' event.

By completing the added Personal Goals during the event, you will be guaranteed to receive 1 Curse Reaper Egg and 1 Magnas Egg.

● More Opportunities to Obtain Secret Breeding Books in the Future

The Moon Viewing Festival is the first festival event introduced in <Dragon Village 3>. Although a Secret Breeding Book was set as a ranking reward for this festival, through future festival events such as Christmas and Lunar New Year, we will provide more accessible opportunities to obtain previously limited Secret Breeding Books, including the Magnas Secret Breeding Book from this festival.

We apologize for not clearly communicating this direction for future operations in advance.

2. Establishing Pickup and Rerun Standards for a More Predictable Game Environment

Through the valuable feedback you have shared, our development team has reconsidered the fundamental purpose of limited-time systems such as Pickup Draws. We concluded that a Pickup period should not pressure players into participating out of anxiety over a limited window, but instead should be a period that offers a meaningful opportunity and advantage to obtain the featured Dragon (or Orb) more efficiently and make active use of it.

Accordingly, we have established clear service standards for reruns and additional acquisition methods so that Tamers can plan long-term progression with greater confidence even after a Pickup period ends.

※ Due to the nature of live service, there may be slight adjustments depending on the balance environment or the timing of major updates, but we will follow the standards below as closely as possible.

● Bond of Fate, Legacy of Ruin, and Legendary Contract

  ○ In addition to the regular Premium Draw and Pickup Draws, special draws (Bond of Fate, Legacy of Ruin, and Legendary Contract) are held at the beginning of each month in Dragon Village 3.

  ○ The types of special draws held at the beginning of each month may be added or changed, but we will continue to make systems such as the Bond of Fate Draw, which plays a key role in supporting progression, regularly available so that you can continue to gain additional opportunities to develop the Dragons you care about.

● Rerun Standards for Existing Pickup Draw Dragons & Orbs

  ○ Not enough time had passed since the service launched, so we had taken a cautious approach to reruns. However, with this opportunity, we will establish clear rerun standards and actively review reruns for existing Dragons.

  ○ Through this, we aim to reduce the pressure of obtaining new Dragons and Orbs while providing new opportunities to obtain previous Pickup targets whose acquisition periods have ended, creating a satisfying collection experience for existing, new, and returning Tamers alike.

  ○ However, to preserve the value of obtaining Pickup Draw Dragons during their original Pickup periods, acquisition opportunities through Pickup Draw reruns or other supplementary methods may be provided only after at least 3 months have passed since the Dragon's initial release.

● When Items May Be Added to Premium Draw

  ○ As stated in the detailed probability information for Premium Draw, featured Pickup Dragons and Orbs may also be added to Premium Draw over time.

  ○ The targets and timing for addition to Premium Draw may vary, but to ensure sufficient value for Tamers who obtained them during their Pickup periods, we will apply a minimum 6-month period before they can be added.

  ○ We will also continue to make sure that new and returning Tamers have opportunities to obtain characters whose Pickup periods have already ended.

3. Introducing a Play-Focused Progression System

: Tree of Fruition & Affinity System

We are preparing a new system designed to reduce the relatively high difficulty and fatigue of Dragon progression, allowing you to pursue Promotion or Limit Break for your Dragons through consistent play and affection alone.

This system and its related content include several features, but the most important is lowering the progression hurdle for Dragons (Affinity Seeds). Below is a brief overview of this feature.

● You can give fruit to a Dragon you care about each day and invest time to build Affinity with it.

● After building enough Affinity, you will obtain the Dragon's exclusive progression currency, an Affinity Seed. (Up to 3 times)

● Affinity Seeds are special items that can be used for that Dragon only, in place of another copy of the same Dragon, for Promotion and Limit Break. This system will provide an additional progression path for many Dragons.

● If a Dragon has already completed Promotion and Limit Break, its Affinity Seeds can be used for Limit Transcend. In this case, the Dragon's grade will be guaranteed to increase by 0.1.

The Tree of Fruition and Affinity System is currently in development with the goal of being added in the September 22 (Tue) update. We will provide further details in a future notice.

Your feedback on unreasonable systems and fatigue in the game is an important guide that helps our development team reassess the direction we should take.

We may not be able to improve everything at once, but we will quickly acknowledge what is lacking or wrong and continue to improve.

Above all, we will prioritize protecting the value of the time, care, and effort you have invested, and keep communicating and improving so Tamers can enjoy <Dragon Village 3> with confidence for a long time.
