▣ Known Issue
① Unable to Swap Dragons in the Arena
- We have confirmed an issue where an unstable connection in the Arena prevents you from swapping to your chosen Dragon, with a message stating that the Dragon has already been selected for a swap.
- When this occurred, a random Dragon was swapped in after 15 seconds.
■ Action Being Taken
- We have identified the cause and are working on a fix to ensure Dragon swaps function correctly.
- Access to the Arena may be temporarily restricted while we address this issue.
- If you are unable to enter the Arena or participate in battles, please wait until the issue has been resolved.
- We will update this notice once the issue has been resolved.
■ Additional Information - September 10, 2026 (Thu), 08:50 (UTC)
- We will review the match records of Tamers who experienced automatic Dragon swaps after being unable to select their chosen Dragon due to the swap issue during the affected period, restore the Arena points lost in those matches, and restore access to the Arena.
- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Arena suspension and the game restart during the patch, and will provide the following compensation to all Tamers.
▶ Compensation: 500 Diamonds, 10 Time Capsules, 3 Fatigue Potions
- Point restoration and compensation distribution are scheduled to take place today.
