■ Issue details
① Issue where Guild Gift Boxes are not distributed and Guild Buff Points do not accumulate when purchasing Guild Gift Packages using Rainbow Diamonds
- We have confirmed an issue where the following symptoms occur when purchasing the Intermediate Guild Gift Package, Advanced Guild Gift Package, or Highest Guild Gift Package using Rainbow Diamonds:
· Guild Members: Guild Gift Boxes are not distributed.
· Guild: Guild Buff Points are not earned.
■ Measures & Action plan
- We have investigated the Tamers and affected guilds who purchased Guild Gift Packages with Rainbow Diamonds during the issue period, and the missing rewards have been retroactively distributed as follows:
· Details: Distribution of missing Guild Gift Boxes and retroactive crediting of Guild Buff Points completed.
