We would like to inform you about an issue identified during the distribution of Guild War Season Rewards and the measures taken.

▣ Guild War Season Rewards Not Distributed and Additional Distribution Notice
■ Issue Identified
- The Guild War Help stated that Season Rewards would be distributed to all guild members. However, we confirmed that only Tamers who had been members of the guild at the time of Guild War matchmaking during the previous season were included as eligible recipients.
■ Distribution of Missing Rewards
- The missing Season Rewards have been additionally distributed via Mailbox to Tamers who did not receive them.
■ Season Reward Eligibility Starting Next Season
- Starting from the next season, Season Rewards will be distributed to Tamers who have participated in Guild War at least once, and the Guild War Help will also be updated to reflect this change.
